We are currently looking for an additional Information Data Manager to join our team.  Position is Monday through Friday, in our Midtown NYC office, with a hybrid schedule available for discussion.


Job Responsibilities:


Pricing/Business Development


Daily contract data updates and entry in SalesForce 

Update business opportunities pipeline daily

Prepare recommendations and complete requests for proposals per due date assigned

Establish and maintain compensation database


Monthly Performance Reporting:


Prepare and complete monthly and annual reports per client contract requirements

Compile monthly contract burn rate report

Monthly RFP win/loss report

Perform any other compensation-related tasks as assigned


Additional Duties:


Monitor and administer Service Contract Act Wage Determination adjustments for Contract Renewals

Partner with HR department to provide appropriate guidance regarding contract renewals

Serve as liaison between contract management team and other departments to address compensation-related issues or requests


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science, Accounting, or other Business related fields.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a MUST
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to create databases with advanced functionality is a MUST
  • Excellent math and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently under general direction
