Patient Safety (PS) Manager

Saratoga Medical has an immediate opening for a remote Patient Safety (PS) Manager based out of our San Antonio, TX DHA Headquarters office. 

• Must have Taproot Technical Expert Qualifications, including: expertise in the 7 steps of Investigations and tools such as SnapChart, Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, Root Cause Tree, Corrective Action Helper, SMARTER Matrix, and Change Analysis (CHAP) 
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Must be able to act as a coach and mentor to contract staff 
• MHS/DHA experience preferred
