Pharmacy Technician

Saratoga Medical currently has an immediate opening for two Pharmacy Technicians to work at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. These Pharmacy Technicians will be working a full-time work week Sunday through Saturday. Provide services to the active duty population!

• Perform a full range of pharmacy technician procedures 
• Perform pharmaceutical dispensing duties including filling new precriptions, refilling prescriptions, and entering orders into database
• Perform information consultation duties 

• Must be a graduate from a formal pharmacy technician program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) or a formal pharmacy technician program 
• Must be certifed by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
• Must have one year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
