Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS/ARRT)

Saratoga Medical currently has an immediate opening for a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS/ARRT) at Munsun Army Health Center in Fort Levenworth, Kansas. This Diagnostic Medical Sonographer will be working a full-time work schedule Monday through Friday, 8-10 hour shifts, between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:30 pm. Provide services to the active duty population!

• Consult with staff physicians from a variety of specialties regarding the patient's pertinent past medical history, preliminary diagnosis, and condition. 
• Document arrival, departure, an completed tests 
• Perform system warm ups, calibrations, and quality control tasks 
• Explain process to patient and identify abnormalities during testing and determine need for additional scans of affected area

• Must be a graduate from an academic program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
• Must be certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in your specialty. 
• One year of experience as a sonographer in your specialty.
