Credentialing and Privileging (C&P) IT Subject Matter Expert

Saratoga Medical is looking for a Credentialing and Privileging (C&P) IT Subject Matter Expert to report to the DHA office in Virginia 

Description: Health Information Technology (IT) professional with experience and understanding of Credentialing and Privileging (C&P) system requirements.  Project management experience required and process improvement experience preferred.  Able to map workflow processes, research industry systems / productions and design system improvements to meet C&P requirements.  Knowledgeable in government procurement and vetting processes to include development of such work products. 

Location: The work shall mainly be performed at contractor space, but some work will be performed on-site with the Government, upon request. The Government has limited space located at in Falls Church, VA 22042 that may be used on an as-needed basis. The tempo of the leadership briefing schedules calls for daily planning meetings with CQM leadership and/or Program Managers. The work to be done includes tactical work of preparing agendas and deliverables for strategy work group meetings, leadership briefings, research, environmental scanning and technical writing.

Qualifications:

• Experience with C&P systems
• Project Management certification (PMP)
• Process Improvement experience to include Analysis of Alternatives
• Knowledge of government procurement and vetting processes
• Medical experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools
